February 23, 2023 Release Notes

The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our February 23, 2023 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.

  • AtDoor Integration

We have integrated with a new package tracking application, AtDoor, which will allow authorized system users to log packages to Condo Control using the API. Notifications will be sent automatically to recipients, and records for a logged packaged will be created under the Security & Concierge console.

  • Maintenance Reminders

Reminders generated for maintenance activity assignees may be sent 2 days before the scheduled maintenance activity start date.

  • Sorting by Assignee on Maintenance List Page

We added a new column on the maintenance activities list page that makes it possible to view information by assignee

  • Changes to Amenity Booking Cancellations due to Overdue Payments

We made a change to how we handle amenity bookings where deposit authorization has failed. The change was implemented to make sure the payee has enough time to update credit card information if an amenity booking deposit has failed.  

The system will try to capture the deposit 24h before the booking start time and immediately send an email to the end user if the deposit fails. If there is less than 8 hours until the booking start time and the deposit has not been authorized yet, the booking will be cancelled. 

Emails authorizing amenity booking deposits will now specify the deadline for the payment instead of providing a generic deadline such as"6:00 AM tomorrow"

  • Fix to Accounts Receivables Overdue Balance

We addressed an issue with overdue balance calculations on the unit details page and in the Aging Summary Report

  • Fix to Status Certificate Search

We addressed an issue that occurred when searches for status certificates were conducted by workspace administrators.  

  • Fix to Violation Due Date

We addressed an issue with violation due dates being removed if a resident updated the violation.

  • Fix to Security Patrol Calendar

We addressed an issue with slowness when loading a security patrol calendar page with hundreds of scheduled patrols.

  • Fix to QuickBooks Online Validation for Duplicate Emails

We addressed an issue with duplicate emails being imported to Condo Control. Email addresses serve as  unique user identifiers, and if a new user is imported from QBO to Condo Control, the email will be dropped if it exists already on the workspace.

  • Fix to Transaction View for Legacy QuickBooks Online Users with Subcustomers

We addressed a transactions view and pagination issue that occurred under My Account for users with sub-customers on workspaces with legacy QuickBooks Online.
