  • First Service Residential Connect Integration (V.1)

We implemented a new integration with FSR Connect. The first version of the integration is one-way and supports residential (emails, phone numbers, user type & unit assignment) and commerce data sync. Please contact your dedicated CSM for more details.

process-improvement.png IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Ability to Purchase for Store Products with Decimal Quantities

We introduced a new setting that allows to set up store products with decimal quantities. This setting would be helpful for selling products that can be quantified in decimals, for example, gas (e.g., 1.87 litres). Available on website, mobile change coming up shortly.

  • Ability to Unsubscribe from Condo Control SMS Notifications

As per guidance from the SMS and voice messages delivery provider, we added an option for users to opt out of SMS and voice messages from Condo Control. Users can unsubscribe from notifications by texting back "stop."

bug.png BUG FIXES:

  • Fix to E-consent Count on Home Page Widgets

We addressed an issue with archived units being counted towards the total number of e-consent authorizations collected for the workspace on the "Consents Collected" widget.

  • Fix to Ability to Switch between Related Units

We addressed an issue that impacted a user’s ability to  switch between related units. Now users can select the unit that they’d like to see under My Account.

  • Fix to Valet Parking Availability for Users without Units

We addressed an issue with errors appearing to users without a unit who tried to access Valet Parking. The functionality will now be hidden from their left-hand menu.

  • Fix to Duplicate Online Payments

We addressed an issue with users being able to create duplicate online payments by clicking the "Save" button multiple times.

  • Fix to Unit Description Length Validation

We addressed an issue with the unit description field validation on workspaces with Unit Ledger enabled: 50 characters are now accepted as on any other workspace with Unit Ledger disabled.

  • Fix to Email about Recurring Payment

We addressed an issue with the amount of the next recurring payment incorrectly prepopulating in the email generated for property administrators and residents. Now the amount defined when the recurring payment was set up will be used.
