The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our April 5, 2023 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
NEW:
- Ability to View Invoices and Payments under Community Billing Details
Users who have access to the setup page now have the option to view community invoices and payments through Setup > Workspace Settings > Manage Billing Details. They can also see these details using theQ uick Actions drop-down.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Ability to Bulk Delete or Move Folders and Files in File Library
The option to move or delete multiple files simultaneously (be it folders or individual files) is now available on the File Library under the "Options" button.
- Ability to View "Clicks" and "Opens" on Announcement Recipient List Report
We reenabled the tracking of clicks and opens of links in announcement emails.
- Valet Parking Improvements on Tablet App
As part of our initiative to improve our valet parking feature, we are rolling out these changes to the tablet and mobile app functionality:
- security users are now able to request a vehicle on behalf of residents from a tablet
- users can request multiple vehicles at the same time from a tablet or the mobile app
- users can request vehicles for a future date and time from a tablet or the mobile app
- users can cancel vehicle requests from a tablet or the mobile app
- history records will be created if valet requests are cancelled
- Resident Users Can View Details of Amenity Inspections
Residents who booked amenities can now view details of a completed pre and post inspection within amenity booking details.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Recurring Security Patrols
We addressed an issue with security users not being able to start scheduled security patrols.
- Fix to Asset Custom Fields with Resident Permission Set to "None"
We addressed an issue that made it possible for residents to see custom fields with restricted permissions when they hovered over assets on the My Account page.
- Fix to E-Consent Paper Copies Uploaded on Setup
We addressed an issue that occurred when uploading e-consent paper copies from the Setup page.
- Fix to Account Balance on Mobile App for QuickBooks Desktop Integration
We addressed an issue with incorrect balances being shown on the mobile app to some residents in communities that have a QuickBooks Desktop integration.
- Fix to Resident Names Changing on Zego Reports
We addressed an issue with incorrect balances being shown on the mobile app to some residents in communities that have a QuickBooks Desktop integration.
