April 19, 2023 Release Notes

The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our April 19, 2023 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.

  • Community Data Sheet

We are introducing a new feature, "Community Data Sheet," that will provide a comprehensive overview of a community to all portfolio users from one place. The Community Data Sheet may also include the contact information for key stakeholders and personnel, and is divided into the following sections:
- community details
- community contact details
- management team
The feature is expected to roll out in phases. In phase 1 portfolio administrators should be able to view the data sheet from portfolio level and configure most of the sections if needed. Stay tuned from phase 2 in the upcoming release.

  • Two-factor Authentication for Resident Users

Two-factor authentication will now be available to resident users and can be set up under My Account section on website.

  • Email Notifications about Failed Recurring Payments

We introduced new email notifications that are generated if a recurring payment fails due to an issue with a bank account or a credit card. An email will be sent to the user who created the recurring payment along with the community administrator who has permission to administer online payments.
Failed payment will be cancelled and user will be encouraged to make a one-time payment for the current month and set up another recurring payment.

  • Ability to Add / Remove Attachments from Active Proxy

We introduced a functionality allowing community administrators to add/update attachments to an active annual meeting. Email notifications will be generated when proxy attachments are updated. .

bug.png BUG FIXES:

  • Fix to Ordering Status Certificate for Expired Workspaces

We added a filter so that expired workspaces can be removed from the Status Certificate order page

  • Fix to Access to File Library File when File is Moved

We addressed an issue with users receiving email notifications about a new file uploaded to the file library when they do not have permission to access that folder. Now, if the user does not have access to a new folder where the file was moved, file access will be denied.
