The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our June 7, 2023 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works. A video summary is available at the end of the article.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- New Features Added to Community Data Sheet
We recently introduced a new feature, "Community Data Sheet," that provides a comprehensive overview of a community to all portfolio users from one place.
The Community Data Sheet can now be exported in .excel & .pdf in addition to .docx format.
It will also include section with vendors.
- Improvements to Character Count for First/Last Name and Address Line Fields
We updated validations for first/last name and address line 1/2 fields. Now first/last name field will support up to 50 characters each, and the validation for address line 1/2 fields has been extended to 75 characters each.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Topaz Signature Timeouts
We addressed an issue with the Topaz Signature Pad timing out when a signature was being collected.
- Fix to Email Status Received from Email Processing Provider
We addressed an issue with email status not properly generating for delivered emails. Now our system will register only the latest status if the email is delivered.
- Fix to Permission to Add Unit Residents
We addressed a permission issue that occurred when someone tried to add unit residents from the mobile app.
- Fix to FSR Integration
We addressed an issue with the FSR integration stopping if the character limit for a first/last name or address line 1/2 was longer than the character limit set on Condo Control.
- Fix to Condo Manager Import of Occupants
We addressed an issue that occurred when attempting to import occupants with invalid emails. Now such users will be imported without email. Community administrators will need to fix these emails directly on Condo Manager before the next import.
- Fix to Missing History Records on Unit File
We added a history record for offsite addresses and unit addresses created and updated on the Unit File.
