If you are using a third party organization to send out the invitations for your properties AGM they will require information about your owners. Typically they require a list of all owners in the property along with the name, unit number, email address and primary mailing address. The below guide will provide you with instructions on how to gather this information from within Condo Control.
1) Sign into your Condo Control workspace as an administrator.
2) Go to the Reports module by selecting "Reports" from the left hand menu.
3) Locate the report called Mailing Addresses in the Unit File subsection. Run the report by clicking the run button to the left of the report title.
4) If email addresses or other additional fields are required please select the button "Customize Report (Click to Toggle)
5) Using the Table Columns section, move the additional fields you would like from the "Do not show" section into the "Show" category by clicking and dragging the items. Next click "Run Report".
6) The report will now show you the details of each unit and each unit owner in the property. To export this document select the "Export To" button above the report details. Finally select which type of file you would like to export it to.
