The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our June 21, 2023 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Improvements to Announcement Processing Flow
We have made improvements to the announcement processing flow on the backend, which should result in faster and safer processing of notifications.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Payment Date Shown on Transactions List Page (QuickBooks Online Integration)
We have addressed an issue with the transaction tab showing an incorrect transaction date for amenity booking payments. Now, if an amenity requires approval, the transaction date will be the date when the booking was approved and the amount was captured, rather than the amenity booking creation date.
- Fix to Password Reset Functionality
We have addressed an issue with a password reset link locking out an account until the user clicks the link in the email and resets the password.
- Fix to History Records for Online Payment Products
We have addressed an issue with history records not being saved when online products are edited or deleted.
- Fix to Invoice Approval Email Reminders
We have addressed an issue with invoice approval reminders for the accounts payable feature. Now, if a user selected as an approver does not approve an invoice, reminders will continue to generate every day until an invoice is approved.
- Fix to Updating Attachments for Proxy
We have addressed an issue with changing attachments for proxies that have a description containing certain character combinations.
- Fix to Trusted Device Functionality for Two-Factor Authentication
We have addressed an issue with the trusted device functionality. Now, if a user who has two-factor authentication enabled logs in from a new device, they will be required to enter a 2FA code again, even if they previously marked another device as a trusted device.
- Fix to Validations on Create Event Page
We have addressed an issue with validations on the create event page to improve usability.
