You may want to resubscribe a user to the mailing list if there is a temporary delivery issue. Follow these steps to learn how to resubscribe an unsubscribed user.
1. Login to your Condo Control account.
2. Select Unit File from the side menu.
3. Search for the user you would like to resubscribe to the mailing list using the search bar. Then, select the user's name to view their user profile.
4. Under the Email Status heading, select Resubscribe.
5. You will then see a pop up asking to confirm the action. If you have received confirmation from the user who wants to re-subscribe to email notifications, check off the box and select Save.
6. You will now see that the user is subscribed and will now be able to receive notifications from Condo Control.
