The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our October 18, 2023 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works. A video summary is available at the end of the article.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Advanced Search on File Library (BETA)
We are thrilled to announce that an enhanced File Library search experience is now available in beta version to selected clients on a premium subscription package.
This upgrade will allow users to search within file contents, not just by file name and tags. Results highlight keywords in file content previews for faster insights. Please note that the global "Quick Search" remains unchanged, fetching results from various areas.

- Billing Page Available on Expired Workspaces for Users with Workspace Setup Access
When a workspace expires, users with access to the workspace setup page can now access the billing page to update their payment details. Upon updating the payment details, the workspace expiration will be automatically extended for 2 weeks, and users will regain immediate access. The Condo Control account team will then process the charges and update the workspace expiration date based on the billable period.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Announcement Drafts on Mobile App
Fixed an issue with announcement drafts showing up on mobile apps for users in staff groups. With this fix, announcement drafts will be properly hidden from mobile apps, as the functionality for creating, viewing, and editing drafts is not yet available on mobile devices.
- Fix to Downloaded Proxy Reports for General Proxy Type
Resolved an issue with proxy results in the general proxy type, ensuring that they display correctly.
- Fix to Vendor Quotes Showing Incorrect Currency
Addressed a problem where vendor quotes were showing Canadian currency instead of the workspace currency.
- Fix to E-consent Forms Downloaded from Mobile App
Fixed an error that occurred when completed e-consent forms were downloaded from mobile apps.
- Fix to Setting up Service Request Custom Field with Multiple Selection Pick List Type
Resolved an issue with setting up service request custom fields with single selection or multiple selection pick list types.
