If you have forgotten your password and wish to reset it, refer to the Login Troubleshooting - How to Reset your Password guide.
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Login to Condo Control and click on "Welcome!" on the top right corner of the page
2. From the drop-down list, select "Change Password".
3. Enter your current password.
4. You will need to create a new password that is at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: !@#$*%^&. Enter your desired password twice to confirm.
5. Click "Change Password" to complete the process.
