This User Guide outlines how to add a new user to the unit file. A video demonstration is available at the end of the guide.
1. Select "Unit File" from the main menu.
2. Click the "Actions" button and select "Add New User".
3. On the following page, enter the new user's information. The mandatory fields are Last Name and User Group.
- Staff users do not require a unit number
- Each user requires an email address to login to Condo Control
- If you only enter a phone number, registration instructions will be sent via SMS message
- Select "Activate the account at a later date" if you do not want the user to receive registration instructions right away.
4. Once completed, click "Save" to add the user to the unit file. The user will then receive a Welcome Email or SMS message with registration instructions.
