Note About Service Requests and Responsibility

If you have issues with: home appliances, heating or air conditioning, thermostat, plumbing, water leakage, door locks, intercom, buzzer, or other in unit issues you may submit a service request.

What items your property can assist with and who is responsible for these depends on your property's policies, and some items may be the responsibility of the unit owner.

For clarification on what items your property is responsible for, please refer to your property by-laws/rules or contact your property manager directly with your inquiry.

There are many different types of service request that are customized for each property. Some examples include:

  • Appliance repair
  • Renovation requests
  • Noise or other complaints
  • Plumbing or electrical requests
  • Archetectual change requests
  • General property suggestions
  • ARC requests
  • Variance requests

As well each property can customize the name of the feature to suit their needs. In your workspace you may see the name as something besides Service Request. For clarification on how your property refers to requests in this feature you should speak to the property manager or administrator of the property.
