If an owner or renter has changed units, bought another unit, moved out or sold a unit but still owns or rents another unit in the condo, please follow these steps to add/change a User's Related Unit:
How to Add a Related Unit
1. Select Unit File from the side menu.
2. Search for the unit or the user you wish to send print the badge of.
3. Once you find the user you are looking for, click on the individual’s name.
4. On the unit profile, view the Related Units section and click on New and add the related unit.
5. Then, choose the new related unit from the drop down menu. This drop down will only include units already active in the system. Once you've chosen the unit, select Save to add the unit to the user's Related Units.
How to Remove a User from a Unit:
Follow steps 1 - 4 as outlined above.
1. Under Related Units select the garbage icon to remove the unit.
2. Confirm and delete the unit or select Do not Remove to keep the unit.
How to Edit a user's Unit:
Follow steps 1 - 4 as outlined above.
1. Under Related Units select the pencil icon to edit the unit.
2. Fill in the updated unit information then press Save.
