In this user guide, we will show you how to edit a Unit's Details through the Unit File.
1. Select Unit File from the side menu.
2. Search for the unit or the user you wish to send print the badge of.
3. Click the Unit Number to be redirected to the Unit page.
4. On the Unit page, select Unit Details.
Primary Information in the Unit Details page:

Unit Name

Legal Description
-
Unit Type (Vacant, Owner Occupied, or Rental Unit)
Note: Users in the Owners groups who are in a unit marked as a Rental Unit cannot book the amenities. If an owner resides in their unit it should be marked as Owner Occupied to allow them to make amenity bookings. -
Add/Edit/Remove Unit Address

Add/edit/remove Most Recent Sale Date

5. If you want to edit or update any of these details, select Edit at the bottom of the page.
