In order to reply to a Service Request via email, follow these steps:
1. Each new service request is emailed to management.
2. In order to reply to the service request through your email, start by selecting Reply in the email.
3. In the reply, click on the 3 dots to show the trimmed content.
4. To ensure the reply is also sent to the Condo Control portal, put your response above the line starting with "::". Once completed, click Send.
5. You will now see both the email reply sent to the requestor and the update in the Condo Control Portal.
