How to Approve/Filter Amenity Bookings

Follow these steps to approve and filter all amenity bookings:

1. Log into Condo Control and click Amenity Booking

 

 

2. All pending bookings are displayed above the Amenity Booking Calendar.

3. To approve the amenity booking, click on the check mark beside the amenity booking.

4. To approve multiple bookings, check the box beside each amenity you want to approve and click "Approve Selected".

5. To filter your amenity bookings on the calendar, select "Legend (Click to toggle)" and select the status you wish to filter by before clicking "Update Calendar".

Alternatively, you can filter bookings on the All Bookings tab. Using the drop down menus, select the amenity and/or status you would like to filter by. Once finished, select "Search". You will now only be shown the relevant amenity bookings.
