Note: Some properties do not allow you to edit specific information on your account, such as your email address. Please contact Property Management if you would like to make changes and can't find the edit button.
To update the email address connected to your Condo Control account, follow these steps:
1. Select My Account from the side bar.
2. Under your the User tab, select Edit to revise your account details.
3. Type in the new email address in the designated field and click Save once complete.
4. Once you click save, you will automatically be logged out and an email confirmation will be sent to both the new and old email addresses notifying the recipients that the email address has been changed.
5. A second email with a password reset link will be sent to the new email address. After you have reset your password, you can login to Condo Control with your updated email address and password.
