How To Submit a Service Request on Behalf of a Resident

Follow these steps to open a new Service Request.

 

1. Log into Condo Control and click on "Service Requests".

 

2. Click on "Add New Service Request" .

3. Here you can fill out a new service request through the service request form. Select your Request Type using the drop down menu.

4. Select who the service request was requested by. Then, assign the service request to a member of your team.

5. Choose a subject, select the priority and write a detailed description for the request.

6. Select whether to give permission to enter or not by checking (or un-checking) the box under the description.

 

7. You can choose to upload any relevant attachments, by clicking on "Upload Files".

8. Once complete, you can either send out the service request, save it as a draft, or cancel the request. When you send out the request, the assignee will be emailed and the service request will be added to the service request list.
