The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our February 7, 2024 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
- Fix to Welcome Letter Layout on Setup
Fixed an issue where the welcome letter template on setup duplicated QR codes for mobile apps if an edited template was saved prematurely.
- Fix to Viewing Amenity Bookings with Pay Later Functionality
Resolved an issue with failed amenity bookings made using the pay later functionality. Community administrators can now view details of bookings with outstanding payments and identify the user who added the amenity to their pay later cart.
- Fix to History Records for User Deactivation
Fixed a bug where history records were missing when a user was deactivated via Process Moveout.
- Fix to Emails Generated for Invoice Approvers
Resolved an issue with the generation of reminders to invoice approvers for invoices with multiple levels of approvers. Notifications will now be correctly sent to the next level approvers after approval by all approvers in the previous level.
- Fix to History Records for Deleted Announcement
Fixed a bug where history records were missing when an announcement was deleted from the mobile app by a community administrator.
- Fix to Some Details Disappearing when Saving an Accounts Payable Invoice as Draft
Resolved an issue where expense account and job fields were not saving information on the invoice draft. The job field has been improved to provide clarity to end users that only existing jobs can be selected.
