My Account: Invoice Payments - Resident Video Guide

Video Script

Welcome to the My Account: Invoice Payments overview. In this video, we will demonstrate how to view your account balance and make invoice payments. 

To get started, select My Account from the main menu. Then, open the Account Balance tab, and click Get Account Balance. You will now see a list of your invoices and payments including any payments made in the amenity bookings or store module. 

To make a payment, select one or multiple invoices from the transactions list and click Make a Payment followed by Pay Now. This will redirect you to the online payments page. All the information will be pre-populated with the invoice details. Click Next to continue.

After reviewing the payment details select Confirm & Pay and enter your payment information. The payment is now complete. If you return to the account balance tab you will see the new payment on the transactions list and your account balance will be updated
