This user guide is designed to assist non-staff users in navigating the web browser version of our platform, specifically focusing on how to review previous announcements. It's important to note that the instructions provided in this guide are exclusively for the web-based interface. Should you need guidance for the mobile app version, please refer to the relevant user guide.

Before proceeding with the instructions, there are a few key points to bear in mind:
Account Permissions: If you do not see the "Announcements" option within the platform, it may indicate that your account lacks the necessary permissions. In such instances, please contact the Property Manager for assistance. This measure ensures that all users can access features relevant to their roles and needs within our community.
Announcement Visibility: Users will only have visibility of announcements that were created after their account was established. This means that any announcements made prior to the creation of your account will not be accessible.
Example: Assuming you are an owner and your account was established on January 1, 2023. You will be able to view all announcements made to the owners' group from January 1, 2023, onwards. Announcements issued before your account's creation date will not be visible to you.
User group targeting: Announcements are targeted based on user groups. You will only be able to see the announcements intended for the group(s) to which you belong.
Example: If you are categorized as a renter, you will have access to announcements sent to the renters' group. Conversely, you will not see announcements directed at the owners' group if your account is not associated with that group.
Step-by-step Guide
1. From the main menu, locate the option "Announcements" on the options menu to the left.
2. Taylor your search using the provided tools, then click search.
1) Search bar. Here you can search for specific keywords contained within the announcements. This field is optional and may be left empty.
2) Parameters bar. By default this is set to display current announcements. you can also change it to past announcements, or all Announcements.
3) Other options. Regular announcement searches for announcements that contain common information for all recipients. Customized announcement Searches for announcements that contain information tailored to each individual recipient, like Budget Mailouts.
3. After clicking "search", all announcements that fit your search criteria will display below. To review the announcement you want, click on the title.
4. The announcement details will be displayed.
5. If The announcement contains attachments, A preview of the attached file may be displayed, if supported by your device. Two more options will also be available.
1) Details (Click to view). This will display the announcement details
2) Attachments (Click to download). This will download a copy of the attached file to your device.
