This user guide outlines how to add holidays to your portfolio. The holidays will be applied to all workspaces in the portfolio. Users can see the holidays in the Events calendar and if applicable, the Amenity Bookings calendar.
1. Open the Welcome Menu in the top right corner and select Setup.
2. Select Portfolio Holiday Schedule from the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Select the Edit icon next to Portfolio Holidays Enabled.
4. Select Yes from the Selected Option drop-down menu and click Save.
5. Once Enabled, you can click on Add/Edit Holidays.
6. Pick the date of the holiday, input the holiday name, and click Save.
Repeat this process for each holiday you want to add. Once completed, click Back to return to the Portfolio Holidays settings page
7. After adding your holidays, determine if you want to prevent amenity bookings on holidays. If enabled, this will block out those dates on the amenity calendar for all portfolio workspaces.
8. Then, decide if you want to allow holiday customization at the workspace level. If enabled, workspace administrators can remove portfolio holidays from their workspace, add additional holidays, and adjust the holiday settings from the setup page.
