What is the Community Data Sheet?
The Community Data Sheet is a comprehensive overview of workspace details. This feature allows portfolio and staff-level users to access and revise key information from one central place. Your workspace must be part of a portfolio to access this feature. Some core elements of the Community Data Sheet include:
- Community details like address, number of units and management hours of operation
- Contact information for key personnel and emergency contact numbers
- Vendor information and workspace notes
Why Use the Community Data Sheet?

Feature Requirements
All Portfolio users have access to the Community Data Sheet from the Portfolio view. Workspace users have access to the feature if they are part of a staff-level user group and have the "Can Access Setup" permission enabled. If your workspace is not part of a portfolio, you will not have access to this feature.
How to Access the Community Data Sheet
Portfolio - Navigate to the Workspace(s) section and select View Community Data Sheet beside the applicable community.
Workspace - Select Community Data Sheet from the quick actions menu or navigate to the Setup page and select Community Data Sheet from the Workspace Settings section.
