Workspace Settings - Setting Up the "Reply-To Address"

In Condo Control, staff can create and send out announcements, event notifications, service requests, incident reports, and tasks. These actions generate email notifications that are sent to users. Users have the option to reply directly to these email notifications from their email. When a recipient replies to an email, their response is sent to the email address specified in the "Reply-To Address" field. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up or update the "Reply-To Address" in Condo Control to ensure that all email responses are directed to the correct address.

 

Steps to Set Up or Update the "Reply-To Address"


1. Navigate to Setup: From the welcome menu, find and click on the "Setup" option.

 

2. Access Workspace Settings: Within the Setup menu, click on "Workspace Settings."


 

3. Locate the "Reply-To Address for notices" Section: Scroll down to find the section labeled "Reply-To Address for notices:"


 

4. Edit the Reply-To Address: Click on the Edit icon next to the "Reply-To Address for notices" field.

 

5. Enter the New Email Address: In the value field, enter the new email address where you would like to receive replies.

 

6. Save Your Changes: Once you have entered the new email address, click the "Save" button to apply your changes.
