This user guide outlines the templates and criteria required to authenticate your Stripe account.
Ontario Requirements
- Template of Board Resolution Appointing Account Holder:
- Condo Authority of Ontario Printout for the Corporation
Quebec Requirements
- Template of Board Resolution Appointing Account Holder (en Francais):
- Numéro d'entreprise du Québec – Quebec business number printout for the Syndicat
Alberta Requirements
- Template of Board Resolution Appointing Account Holder (x2)
NOTE: This form should be submitted twice, one time at each document submission component of the process
General Requirements
Signed board resolution needs:
- To be on a company/Corporation/HOA letterhead
- To list all director names, positions, telephone numbers, email addresses
- To have the legal entity's name, tax ID (or N/A for not-for profits) and address
- To be signed by someone on the board with the necessary authority (one of the listed directors) with their name clearly printed under the signature
- To be printed, not handwritten
- To be dated within the last month
Other Requirements
- Documents cannot be dated more than 6 months in the past
- No photocopies of any document are acceptable, only originals
- No watermarks

The address of the property/corporation/HOA on the submitted supporting document should match:
- The Stripe account info
- The signed board resolution info
- The supporting registry document (COA, NEQ) info

The name of the appointed Stripe account holder should match:
- The Stripe account admin name
- The appointed person name on the signed board resolution
- The names of ALL directors/Administrators on the supporting registry document AND signed board resolution should all match

All submitted document names should be formatted:
- Document Name: Address of Property matching the other documents’ address listed in contents
Any deviations from the requirements outlined above will result in accounts not passing authentication.
