The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our June 26, 2024 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
BUG FIXES:
- Fixes for Visitor Parking Functionality
Corrected several issues related to the count of passes towards the limit of users when the workspace is configured to count "Day and Night Permits Separately" and "Overnight" permits only (resident side experience of creating parking passes affected).
Additionally, we addressed an issue with some signed-out visitor records still displaying the "Sign Out" button on the Security & Concierge interface. Now, when a user is signed out automatically after the parking expiration, the "Sign Out" button will disappear and a corresponding history record will be written.
- Fix for Removal of Users from Setup > Groups Page
Our platform allows users to be added or removed from groups not just from the Unit File but also from the Setup > Groups page. Previously, we did not have validation on that page checking if a user removed from a group was part of any other group, resulting in orphaned users without any groups. Now, the ability to remove a user from the setup page will only be available if the user is part of any other group within that workspace.
- Fix for Single Events Disappearing from Mobile App After Start of Event
If a single occurrence event spanned multiple days (e.g., duration = 2 days), it used to disappear from the mobile app after the event start time. Events will now stay visible on the mobile app until the event end date/time. Additionally, a minor fix was implemented for recurring events not being removed at the occurrence end date/time. Now, the event occurrence will disappear from the mobile app up to a few minutes after the event occurrence end date/time.
- Fix for Downloading Signed Proxies
Fixed an error experienced by some clients when trying to download signed proxies.
- Fix for Duplicate Records for Assets Related to Double-Clicking
Addressed issues with users double-clicking the Save button when inputting a new asset request, resulting in multiple identical assets being saved.
