The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our August 8, 2024 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Ontario Specific Form: "Special Matters Voting" Question Improvement
The "Special Matters Voting" question in the Ontario Specific Proxy Form will be now restricted to three answer options: 'In favour,' 'Against,' and 'Abstain'. Homeowners can select one of these options, which will be reflected on the downloaded proxy form. If 'Abstain' is chosen, both 'In Favour' and 'Against' will be unchecked on the downloaded form.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix for Service Request Update from iOS Mail App
Addressed an issue where updates from email responses created a blank update on Service Requests when responding from the default mail app on iOS or iPadOS devices.
- Fix for Condo Manager Import
Resolved an issue where the Condo Manager import skipped importing new users without email addresses for units that included other existing users without email addresses.
- Fix for Saving Zego Payment after Entering Incorrect Payment Details
Fixed an issue that caused the "Save" button to disappear when users attempted to make another payment after entering incorrect payment details.
- Fix for Missing Translations
Corrected an issue with missing translations for signatures on announcement emails.
