If you have any questions about how a Condo Control client processes your personal information or wish to request the deletion of your account information (such as email and phone number) due to moving out or for any other reason, please contact your community administrator directly via Condo Control.
Please note that communities commonly use Condo Control for communications and invoicing residents, which is why it is essential for you to work with your property manager to address your account privacy preferences.
To reach your property manager, log into your Condo Control account via the web or mobile app and select the "Contact Property Manager" option from the home screen. Here, you'll find the necessary contact information, including phone numbers, to get in touch with your property manager. They will be able to appropriately delete your account.
