The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our September 2, 2024 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix for Arrival Time on Visitor Record Created from Security & Concierge Console
Resolved an issue where the arrival time was incorrectly displaying the permit creation date/time instead of the intended arrival date/time for parking passes with future arrival times created from the Security & Concierge console. Now, the "Arrived" column in the Visitor Details report will remain empty until the visitor actually arrives, and the “Arrival” field in the S&C Console will show "Not yet arrived" next to the visitor's arrival date/time until then.
- Fix for Phone Numbers Export to Yardi
Fixed an issue where new or updated phone numbers were not syncing correctly to Yardi.
- Minor Fixes for Security Patrol
Several issues with security patrols have been addressed:
- Deleted scheduled patrols no longer appear on the security patrol calendar
- Missed security patrol notifications are no longer generated in quick succession
- Missed security patrol records now correctly display their status in the Security & Concierge console (instead of previously showing as "Partially Completed")
- Fix for Duplicate Vehicles Creation during Short Term Rental Registration
Fixed an issue where double-clicking the Save button during short-term rental registration resulted in the creation of duplicate vehicle records.
- Fix for Printable Template Upload from Portfolio
Resolved an error that occurred when uploading printable templates via portfolio setup.
- Fix for Key Import on Setup
Fixed an issue with key import functionality from the setup page.
- Fix for Validation for Booking Amenities by Offsite Owners
Addressed an issue where validation prevented users with multiple units from booking amenities if one of the units was marked as rental. Now, users can successfully book for units marked as "owner-occupied." If a booking is attempted for a unit with a "Rental" type, the system will display validation to the owner and prevent the booking.
- QuickBooks Online Multi-Unit Owners Transaction Sync
Fixed an issue where QuickBooks Online transaction data was not loading under My Account for some multi-unit owners.
