  • Email Design Changes

We’re excited to unveil a fresh design for our email notifications! Based on extensive feedback, we’ve revamped the format, design, and usability to improve the experience. Key updates include:

Key Updates to All Emails:

- Responsive design: Announcement details are optimized for viewing on both mobile devices and laptops.
- Content-first focus: Community contact information has been moved to the bottom of the email, ensuring the essential message takes center stage.
- Consistent branding: Community logos and names are now displayed prominently at the top for a unified and professional appearance.
- Streamlined Content: References to downloading mobile apps and safe sender lists have been removed to reduce distractions and keep the focus on the message.

Enhanced Announcement Emails:

We’ve gone a step further to improve Announcement emails specifically:
- Improved Call-to-Action: A clear, prominent button now replaces the link to view announcements, increasing visibility and engagement.
- Streamlined Messaging: Unnecessary content in the subject line and email body has been removed, keeping the focus on the community’s message.

  • Bank transfer (ACH) option now available for Paid Visitor Parking

We’ve added a bank transfer option (Zego payment provider) for the Paid Visitor Parking feature. When enabled, users can choose between credit card or bank transfer (via Zego ACH) to pay for visitor permits. Administrators can view payment details in the Parking Permits and Visitor Details reports.

  • Change to Daily Cost Calculation for Paid Visitor Parking

We’ve updated the logic for daily cost pricing on visitor permits:

  • Users will be charged a daily rate based on the total number of overnight permits they issue. For example, issuing one overnight permit will result in one daily charge; two overnight permits will result in two daily charges, etc. A daily pass will be charged as a single daily rate.
  • If a visitor arrives earlier than their scheduled time and security checks them in, the permit’s arrival and expiration times will automatically adjust.
  • Displaying Parking Spots on Active Stay and Guest Details Reports for Short Term Rental Feature

The Active Stay and Guest Details reports now display all vehicle parking spots linked to a unit associated with short-term rental stays by default.
