What’s new in Condo Control.

We are excited to unveil a fresh design for our email notifications. Based on your feedback, we’ve revamped the format, design, and usability of our notifications to improve the experience for all end-users.

The streamlined, content-first approach reduces clutter and ensures the focus is on the main message. References to downloading mobile apps and safe sender lists have been removed and community contact information has been moved to the bottom of the emails.

The revamped notifications have a responsive design ensuring the details are optimized for viewing on both mobile devices and laptops. And community logos and names are now prominently displayed at the top of the emails for a unified and professional appearance.

For Announcement email notifications specifically, we’ve removed unnecessary content in the subject line and email body and replaced the link to view announcements with a notable call to action button.

We have added a bank transfer option, for workspaces using Zego payments, for the Paid Visitor Parking feature. When enabled, users can choose between credit card or bank transfer to pay for visitor permits. Administrators can view these payment details in the Parking Permits and Visitor Details reports.

We have updated the cost calculation for visitor parking permits. Previously, the "Daily Rate" fee type was calculated based on calendar days, applying charges based on the set "end of day" time, like 11:59 PM or 7:00 AM.

Now, the "Daily Rate" structure has been updated to calculate charges based on overnight increments starting from the visitor's arrival time. For example, one overnight pass corresponds to one daily rate, two overnight passes corresponds to two daily rates, and so on. This approach ensures more consistent and precise fee calculations.
