Support Access in Condo Control allows the internal support team to assist with troubleshooting and answer questions related to the workspace or portfolio. Enabling or disabling this feature controls whether the support team can access your workspace or portfolio.
Steps for Workspaces
1. Pick Workspace Settings from the main menu and select the Support tab.
2. Locate the Support Access Status section. To enable access, ensure the status is set to Indefinite Access or grant temporary access as needed.
3. To disable access, click the pencil icon and update the status to revoke access and click on save.
Steps for Portfolios
1. Pick Portfolio Settings from the main menu and select the Support tab.
2. Locate the Support Access Status section. Follow the same process as above to enable or disable access.
Note: Disabling support access restricts the Condo Control team from accessing your workspace, which may delay troubleshooting and reduce the ability to assist with resident or staff issues.
