The following changes will be rolled out to Condo Control during our February 6, 2025 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Task Voting on the Mobile App
We are excited to announce that task voting is now available on the mobile app. When creating a new task on mobile, users will now have the option to collect votes, specify who they want to collect votes from, and determine if a decision is required. Users will also be able to see a summary of the collected votes when viewing a task and submit their vote right from the mobile app. This improvement is part of our efforts to ensure mobile parity with our web application.
This improvement is available in Android version 12.6.0 and iOS version 12.6.0. For instructions on how to use the Tasks feature, refer to the following guide: How to Vote on Tasks from the Mobile App.
- System Performance Improvements
We have made a number of backend improvements to increase the overall processing speed of our system. Some of the areas with notable improvements include the Unit File, Violations, Announcements & File Library. We will continue to optimize our system performance to ensure the best experience possible for our users. If you experience performance issues, please report them to the Support Team.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Saved Payment Methods
Resolved an issue where saved payment methods could not be reused if there was a special character (&, ', <, >) in the first and/or last name field when completing the original payment with Zego payments.
- Fix to Updating Votes on the Ontario Proxy Form
Addressed an issue with owners in the same unit updating each other's Ontario form proxy vote. Previously, only the owner who initially submitted the vote could update it. Now, any owner within the unit can update the vote, automatically voiding the previously submitted ballot.
- Fix to Task Voting Results from Removed or Deactivated Users
Addressed an issue where historical task votes were deleted if the user that submitted the vote was no longer in the administrative user group or was deactivated in the workspace.
- Fix to Community Asset Request Status Filter
Resolved an issue where community asset requests with the status "Expired" were not being displayed when using the "All" status filter.
- Fix to Service Request Email Notifications
Resolved an issue where users without access to the service request feature were receiving email notifications about service request updates made for their unit.
- Fix to Unit File Loading Error
Addressed an issue where the Unit File would not load if a user group had an unsupported character, such as |, in the group name.
- Fix to Assigning Consent Documents to Groups
Addressed an issue where consent documents assigned to owners only were also being displayed for renters and residents during registration.
- Fix to Email Notifications Header and Footer
Resolved an issue where workspace names were not being included in the header and footer of some email notifications.
- Fix to Yardi Integration Property Import
Resolved an issue where Yardi property sync would fail if one or more units were missing a unit address.
