When using the Portfolio feature, your company's branding can be uploaded and used throughout all of your workspaces. This user guide outlines how to change your login page branding and domain name.
1. Click on "Welcome!" in the top-right corner and select Setup.
2. Go to Portfolio Dashboard Settings on the main menu.
3. Select the "Branding" tab.
How to Customize your Login Page
Portfolio users can create custom branding for the login page. This branding can be updated at any time and will appear for all users with the custom URL.
1. Under the "Login Page Branding" section, click the "Add New Image" button.
2. Fill in the information for the custom login page and click "Save".
Tip: select "See example of a branded login page" to get a better idea of where each field is/how it will look on the login page.
3. Once saved, you can click on the "Preview" button to see how your customized login page looks.
How to Change your Domain Name
Portfolio users have the option to purchase a custom domain name for their community. The domain name will appear in the URL for the registration page as well as the login page.
1. Under "Domain Name" section, click the Edit icon beside the current domain name.
2. Enter the domain name you wish to purchase in the "Value" section, agree to the $25 recurring monthly charge, and click "Save".
Note: your domain name must be written in the following format my.NAMEHERE.com
3. You now have a custom domain name for your community.
