You will recieve email notifications from Condo Control when updates are made in your community or you perform actions in your workspace. This user guide outlines how to unsubscibe and resubsribe to email notifications.
Note: Unsubscribing from email notifications will override all email preferences previously set, meaning you will receive no emails while unsubscribed. If you would simply like to adjust which emails you receive from Condo Control, you can do so by updating your email preferences.
Refer to the following guide for instructions: How to Update your Email Preferences.
1. Select on My Account from the Main Menu.
2. Pick the User tab and locate the Unsubscribe From Email Notifications field.
3. Based off your current email notification preferences, you'll see either an option to Unsubscribe or Resubscribe from Email Notifications. Click the highlighted text to change the setting.
You have now successfully unsubscribed/resubscribed to email notifcations. The change will take effect immediately.
