How To Update, Revise & Reassign Amenity Bookings

Administrators are responsible for managing the amenity booking calendar. They may need to change the time of a booking, add in cheque details, or assign it to another resident. This user guide outlines how to update, revise or reassign an amenity booking request.

Update Booking

The Update Booking option allows administrators to add notes on requestor comments of update payment details with cheque information (i.e. confirming the cheque was received and entering the cheque number).

 

1. From either the Calendar View tab or All Bookings tab, select the booking you want to update.

Tip: Selecting from Calendar View will open a smaller pop-up on the screen with the booking details. Selecting from All Bookings will direct you to a new page and with the booking details. The information and options are the same but the page size is different.

2. Select Update Booking to add details to the booking.

3. You can then add notes on the requestor comments or update cheque payment information. Once completed, click Save.

Revise Booking

The Revise Booking options allows administrators to change the date/time of the amenity booking.

 

1. Select the booking you want to revise and then click Revise Booking.

2. Select the new date and then click Check Availability.

Note: If you only wish the change the time, select the existing date and click Check Availability.

3. If the amenity is available, click the circle beside it and if required, select the timeslot from the drop-down menu. Once completed, click Save.

If the amenity is not available, you can try a new date or cancel the revise booking request.

Reassign Booking

The Reassign Booking option allows administrators to move the booking to another resident in the community.

 

1. Select the booking you want to reassign and click Reassign Booking.

2. Search by either name or unit number for the resident you want to reassign the booking to. Once completed, click Save.
