The following changes will be rolled out to Condo Control during our April 3, 2025 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- System Performance Improvements
We continue to implement backend improvements to increase the overall processing speed of our system. This is part of our ongoing efforts to optimize system performance and ensure the best experience possible for our users. If you experience performance issues, please report them to the Support Team.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Lobby Display Weather Widget
Resolved an issue where the weather information on the lobby display was not updating unless a manual refresh was performed. Now the weather information will be automatically refreshed every three hours.
- Fix to Quote Request Page Navigation
Addressed an issue with the pagination on the quote request page. Users were only able to access page one of the quote request records. The pagination and Next/Last buttons now work correctly on the page.
- Fix to Service Request Assignees on Mobile
Resolved an issue where service request assignees were being removed after an update was made to a service request from the mobile app. Assignees will now be retained when updates are made on mobile unless a staff-level user (with appropriate permissions) intentionally removes an assignee.
- Fix to Email Preference Defaults
Addressed an issue where the email preference "email me when a new survey is posted" was automatically disabled for some new users during their data import. All email preferences are now automatically enabled for all new users during data import.
- Fix to Opening Closed Service Requests
Addressed an issue where closed service requests with long URLs were giving a page not found error to users. Unneeded parameters have been removed from these URLs and the error will no longer occur.
- Fix to the Edit Community Asset Request Page
Resolved an issue with the load time for the edit community asset request page. The loading time has been shortened making the process faster for administrators.
- Fix to Unsubscribe/Resubscribe Functionality
Addressed an issue where the unsubscribe/resubscribe email notification option on My Account was giving users an error message. This will no longer occur and users will be able to unsubscribe/resubscribe without issues.
