April 16, 2025 Release Notes

The following changes will be rolled out to Condo Control during our April 16, 2025 releasePlease review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.

new__1_.png  NEW:

  • BAS-IP Integration

We are excited to announce we now offer integration with BAS-IP, a property enterphone solution. BAS-IP allows guests or vendors to call a resident to gain access to the building. With this new integration, resident contact details can now be synced directly from the Unit File to the BAS-IP system. This will prevent double data entry and will help increase phone number accuracy.

In the event a resident has multiple phone numbers, we will sync the most recently updated mobile phone number. If they have no mobile numbers, we will sync the most recently updated work phone number. And if they have no mobile or work phone numbers, we will sync the most recently updated home phone number.  If you are interested in BAS-IP integration, please contact the Support Team.
