How to View and Download Online Payment Receipts

Receipts provide details about payments made for fees, fines, or services, and can be saved for your personal records or shared when needed. This user guide outlines how to access your payment receipts and download them directly from your account for easy reference.

 

1. Select Make a Payment from the main menu.

2. From the payments dashboard, select View Receipts.

3. Click the View icon to review the details of the payment.

4. You will then see your payment receipt. 

Recurring Payments

A receipt will be generated for each individual payment in a recurrence. These receipts will not appear until the payment has been charged. The date of the payment and status will be listed on the receipt. You will also see when you setup the recurring payment, the type of payment it is (i.e., Recurring Monthly, Recurring Yearly etc.), and when the next payment will be captured.

One Time Payment

One time payments do not have delayed start dates so receipts will be immediately generated and marked as Captured if paid by Credit Card or Future then Captured/ Failed if paid by Bank Transfer. Like recurring payments, you can see the date of the payment and the type of the payment on the receipt. Any a Requestor Comments (like what the payment was for) will also be listed on the receipt.

5. To download a copy of the receipt for your records, select Download Receipt in the top right corner. This will generate a PDF copy of the receipt.
