How to Register Visitors & Reserve Visitor Parking

This user guide is intended for residents and outlines how to register your visitors and reserve and pay for their visitor parking.

Note: Your property may not allow residents to log their own visitors. If this is the case, you will not have access to this feature. Speak with your property manager if you have questions about resident permissions.

 

1. Select Visitors from the main menu.

 

NEW VISITOR - DOES NOT REQUIRE PARKING

1. Select New Visitor is you have not registered the person before.

2. Deselect the Visitor Requires Parking box.

3. Enter the visitor's name.

4. Pick the arrival date/time. This field will default to the current date and time. If you know the departure date/time, enter that as well.

5. Add any relevant comments about the visitor and click Save Visitor. 

 

NEW VISITOR - REQUIRES PARKING

1. Select the Visitor Require Parking box.

2. Enter the visitor's name.

3. Pick the arrival date/time and select when the parking pass will expire. These options are set by property management.

4. If applicable, select the parking spot number the visitor will use.

5. Enter the vehicle details including: Make, Colour, License Plate Province/State, and License Plate Number.

6. Add any relevant comments about the visitor and click Save Visitor.

Note: If your property uses paid visitor parking, click Checkout 

 

PREVIOUS VISITORS

1. Select Reuse Previous Visitor if you have register the visitor before.

2. Search and select the previous visitor's name.

Note: Only previous visitors that required parking will be listed.

3. Most details will be pre-populated. Pick the arrival date/time and select when the parking pass will expire. 

4. If applicable, select the parking spot number the visitor will use and click Save Visitor or Checkout.

 

PAID VISITOR PARKING

The payment methods you see will vary based on the payment provider used by your community. Your options will either be Credit Card only or Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

 

Credit Card Only

1. Review the payment summary and click Confirm and Pay. 

 

2. Enter your credit card information and click Pay. An additional fee will be added for international cards.

 

Credit Card or Bank Transfer

1. Review the payment summary and enter the details for your prefered payment method. Once completed, click Confirm and Pay.

Tip: To save time in the future, save your payment account. Next time you request a paid community asset you will have an Existing Payment Method option where you can select the account from a drop-down menu.

PARKING PERMIT

1. If your property uses physical parking permits, the permit will automatically download to your device. Print the permit and place it on the vehicle dashboard where security can see it.

 

2. To re-download the parking pass, select the View icon under the Recent Visitors section.
