Mobile App - How to Create a Service Request

If you need to enter a Service Request and not near a desktop, use the CC Mobile App to do so with the below steps!

 

1. Click on the Service Requests tab.

2. To create a new service request, click on the "+" icon at the bottom of the page.

3. You will then be taken to the FAQ portion of your building's site. To continue to open a service request, select "Click here to open a Service Request".

4. Select the required service request from the drop down menu. 

Note: Depending on your building, some service requests listed may not be opened through the app or browser. Contact your property manager for more information.

5. Complete all the required fields for your service request. You can toggle the "Permission to Enter" option in order to indicate whether you consent to having staff enter the premises. Once completed, select "Send" to create your service request.

6. You have now submitted your Service Request. Select "My Service Requests" to view all service requests.

Here, you can see all your service requests organized by status: Open, Pending, Closed, and All.
