This user guide outlines how to order a status certificate for your unit/suite. All status certificate requests are processed by Property Management. Condo Control does not hold these documents.
1. Navigate to the following website: https://www.condocontrol.com
2. At the top of the page hover over the Resources option and click Order Status Certificate from the menu.
3. In the search bar enter the condominium corporation number, property name, street name, or postal code and click Search.
4. Under Search Results your property should appear. Next, enter your unit number in the Select Unit field to search for your unit. Pick the appropriate unit number and click Select.
5. Select your preferred delivery option from the menu. The cost and delivery time will be populated based on your selection. Enter your Contact Information including your email address.
6. Please review your Status Certificate Order and once you are satisfied with the Order please click Pay and save your order.
7. Complete the payment section below with your details and credit card information. Once complete click Pay $.
You have now submitted your Status Certificate request. After your request has been processed by Property Management, you will receive an email to the email address provided in your order. This email will contain access to your Status certificate.
