Residents usually have to update their credit card information if the system is unable to place a hold on the deposit amount or charge the fee for the amenity usage. If the credit card information needs to be updated a notice will be sent out.
1. To update your credit card information, locate your booking on the amenity booking calendar, then click on your booking
2. Scroll down till you locate the 'Update Credit Card' button then click on it
3. Once this button is clicked, you will be prompted to enter your updated credit card details, as shown below. Enter your details then click on update
4. Once you click on update, you will be taken to the confirmation page as shown below
