Whenever a package arrives, you'll receive an email or text notification letting you know it's ready for pickup — for most residents, this is the easiest way to stay on top of things as packages come in. But if you're receiving several packages at once, like during a busy holiday season, individual notifications can be easy to lose track of. That's where the Packages feature comes in: it gives you a running record of your packages from the last 30 days in one place, making sure nothing gets missed. This user guide outlines how to view your packages and check their pickup status.
1. Select Packages from the main menu.
2. You'll see a list of your recent packages, including any that have already been picked up. This list also includes packages for other residents in your unit who have shared their package notifications with you.
