The members of a group can be viewed can be viewed at any time on the setup page of Condo Control Central.
1. Click on the welcome button then click on setup
2. On the left-hand menu, click on Groups
3. Click on the edit button to the left of the group you would like to view its members
4. Click on View Members to see the members of the group. You will then see a pop up window with a list of all the users in the group.
Tip: View Members shows one group at a time. If you need a report or exportable list of group members across your community, go to Reports and run the Phone Numbers and Emails report under the Unit File section. It lists each user with their group(s), and you can filter it by one or more groups using the funnel icon. See How to Generate an Owners List for step-by-step instructions.
