Troubleshooting TV displays can be challenging, especially when you do not have access to the display. The most accurate method to see exactly how the announcement is displayed for the client is shown below:
You will need to know the resolution of the TV display, e.g. 1280X740, 1920X1080. You can find the resolution of the display here: Setup Page>Announcencements>TV Displays>Edit>Screen Resolution
1. Obtain the URL for the lobby display, and then open it in a new tab
2. Right-click on the page and then click on inspect
3. Once you click on inspect, click on the button highlighted in the image below
4. Enter the resolution of the display in the boxes highlighted, and this will be the most accurate representation of what is shown on the TV at the location
