Property managers and site administrators now have more transparency over billing, usage, and available features. This user guide will review how to view Billing settings.
1. Click Setup under the Welcome menu.
2. On the left-hand menu, click on Workspace Settings.
3. Under workspace settings, select the Billing tab.
4. Under this tab, you will be able to take the following actions:
Check Usage Stats
The usage stat page will display the monthly activity on the portal for the last 12 months.
Renew your Contract
Select Additional Modules for your Workspace
Click on the slider button to the right of the module to be purchased. Once the button is in the 'On' position, a confirmation notice will be displayed
Manage your Billing Details
Here, you can update the payment details for your account by selecting Add Payment Details.
Click Enter Payment Details and provide your bank account information.
Contact Your CSM
This will display the CSM contact page where you can send an email directly to a member of our CSM team.
