Manage your Security & Concierge General Settings

Management can adjust the General settings of the Security and Concierge page on the Condo Control Setup page. To access this page:

 

1. Click on the Welcome button, then click on Setup.

2. Click on Security & Concierge on the left-hand menu

General Settings

On this page, you can edit several settings.

1) Staff on Duty - If enabled, users are able to see the active staff on duty.

2) Security & Concierge Menu Tab - This determines whether or not the Security and Concierge Tab is enabled on the console.

3) Security Log Types - These are the options that show up when creating a new security log, all entries have to be separated with '|'.

4) Incident Report Types - These are the options that show up when creating a new incident report, all entries have to be separated with '|'.

5) Users can choose Incident Report recipients - If enabled, this setting allows users to choose the recipients of the incident reports.  

6) Enforce ID Verification to release key - If enabled, the security and concierge team are required to verify ID before releasing a key through the system.
