Management can adjust the Package settings of the Security and Concierge page on the Condo Control Setup page. To access this page:

1. Click on the welcome button, then click on Setup

 

2. Click on Security & Concierge on the left-hand menu

 

Package Settings 

Under the package settings tab you can edit the following features: 

ID verification to release packages

Using the drop down menu, you can choose between:

Release Package ID check fields not available - where ID fields will not be shown when releasing a package

Release Package ID check fields available but not mandatory - where ID fields will be shown on the console but not required to release a package

Release Package ID check fields mandatory - where ID fields will will be required in order to release a package 

 

Printing package slips

Using the drop down menu, you can choose to enable or disable printing for package slips. 

 

Storage spots

Using the drop down menu, you can choose whether or not to make parking spots a mandatory field. 

 

Storage spot type options

Click on the edit button to the left of Storage spot type options to edit your options, on the next page type each entry separated by a "|".

 

Package courier type options

Like before, you can edit options by selecting the edit button to the left of Package courier type options. Add/edit an option by typing each entry separated by a "|". 

 

Package detail type options

As with the other options, click on the edit button to the left of Package Detail Type Options to edit your options, on the next page type each entry separated by a "|".
