June 9, 2020 Release Notes

The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control Central during our June 9, 2020 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works. 

 

new__1_.png  NEW:

  • Rotessa Payment System

  We are introducing our new payment provider Rotessa. Rotessa allows online payments via EFT (electronic fund transfers). Our new integration is available for accounts in CAD and we are currently working on enabling it for accounts in USD in our next release.


 process-improvement.png  IMPROVEMENTS:

  • New Stripe Checkout

  We improved the UI of our Stripe checkout to make the payment process more streamlined and efficient.

  • Improved Email Templates and Receipts for Online Payments

   Based on clients' feedback, we improved emails and receipts for recurring online payments to show information in the clearest  way possible.

  • Removal of Old Interface

   As our software is moving forward and we continue to implement new functionalities, we are steadily improving our UI. As part of this release, we removed our old interface for the home page. 

  • New File Types Available on File Library

   We now allow users to upload files in .htm, .html and .zip formats to the File Library. 

  • New Options for Pending Service Requests

   We added more options for pending service requests (90, 120 and 180 days). 

  • Improvements to Proxy Attendees List

   Based on clients’ feedback, we made a few improvements to the proxy attendees list: now the list will be sorted by unit number and can be downloaded in 3 formats (pdf, word and excel).

  • Loading Speed Improvement on File Library

   We improved the loading speed of the File Library for workspaces with many files. Now each folder loads within 2 seconds.

  • Improvement to Service Request Knowledge Base

   We improved the formatting of articles on the Service Request Knowledge Base.

  • New column on Visitor Details and Parking Permit Reports

   Based on clients’ feedback, we introduced a new column, “expiration type,” on parking permit reports. Going forward, users will be able to see how many permits  with an expiration type were selected as “daily,” “1 night,” “custom,” etc.

 

bug.png  BUG FIXES:

  • Revise Amenity Booking Fixes

    We addressed revise booking functionality issues, in particular, revising bookings without payment.

  • Recurring Payments Fix

   We fixed a bug that interfered with modifying an end date of recurring payments.

  • Fix to Taking Amenity Out of Service

   We addressed a bug associated with taking linked amenities out of service. 

  • Missing Units from E-Consent Report

   We fixed an issue with some units missing from the electronic consent report.

  • Fix to Link in Closed Service Request

   We fixed an issue with a broken link in email notifications about closed service requests. Now users can access a service request by following the link, and reopen it if needed.
